The sewage scandal continues. With regualr illegal spills and no enforcement from NRW against Dwr Cymru. Afonydd Cymru and NWRT appreared on BBC news to discuss the issues.

Untreated sewage has been discharged into the protected Afon Teifi at Cardigan and at other sites across Wales in long-term breaches of permit conditions.
