Reporting an environmental incident
To report an environmental incident such as suspected poaching, pollution, wildlife crime, dumping of hazardous or industrial waste and illegal abstraction from watercourses - you must call Natural Resources Wales’ incident hotline.
Please call 0300 065 3000 and select option one to connect with the environmental incident report line and speak to one of our operators. This option is available 24 hours a day.
Please do not use e-mail to report an incident, as this could delay the response. Only use email or letters to follow up on an initial complaint/ reporting incident.
