Welcome to the River Champions Scheme, an initiative proudly launched by The North Wales Rivers Trust. The River Champions award offers businesses ways to implement river friendly-practices, save money, energy and become a River Champion leader in the community.

Welsh rivers are in crisis. We need you to join our mission and be a part of a growing community of local businesses and industries dedicated to securing a sustainable future for our rivers and the communities they sustain.

How does it work?

Sign up to receive your free business toolkit and help to improve the health of North and Mid Wales rivers.

Your Business Toolkit will guide you through actionable steps towards making your business more river friendly. As you complete actions from your toolkit, you will be awarded a Gold, Diamond or Platinum award for your efforts. You’ll even be entered into the running for an award at our end of year ceremony!
