As part of our Esmee Fairbairn Blue Spaces project, we are collaborating with the residents of Plas Hedd Care Home to plant wetland plants. This initiative is part of our work to connect communities to each other and their natural spaces.

During this session, residents will also have the opportunity to share their personal stories and suggest changes they would like to see for their local river. Their input is invaluable as it helps us understand the community’s needs and aspirations, ensuring the project has a lasting and meaningful impact on the local environment and its people.
