Exciting news! The Floating Wetland is set to be built and installed in Llyn Maelog next week, starting the week commencing June 24th. This innovative project aims to improve our understanding of the effects of wetland plants and provide a habitat for various aquatic species.

Our Community team are hosting a drop-in event from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Wednesday, June 26th. This event is a fantastic opportunity for you to get involved in this exciting initiative. Participants can engage in plug planting, helping to establish the new wetland vegetation. Additionally, there will be a Q&A session with the contractors, where you can learn more about the project's design, benefits, and the installation process.

We invite everyone in the community to join us for a day of hands-on activities, learning, and contributing to the enhancement of our local environment.
