Cystadleuaeth Gelf

The amazing pupils at Ysgol Waunfawr took part in our Prosiect Torgoch art competition. We saw everything from 3D clay models, recycled Torgoch’s, paintings, drawings and mixed media art.

NWRT chairman Robin Parry attended to select a series of winners across all class entries. We had 12 amazing winners in total but all the entries were fantastic. Two winners from each class received a prize to thank them for not only their hard work looking after the Torgoch, but for spending their weekends creating, painting, sticking and gluing a whole shoal of Eryri Torgoch.

We will be uplaoding all of the entries to our new education page over the next few weeks. In the meantime take a look at some of the entries below. If your school would like a talk on the Torgoch and the work of the North Wales Rivers Trust from the community officer Oisin, get in touch at oisin@northwalesriverstrust.org
