Heipolymnion: Torgoch Installation Launch at Galeri Caernarfon

Join us for the launch of Heipolymnion, an immersive art installation by artist and animator Sean Harris, developed in collaboration with North Wales Rivers Trust.

Blending moving image, sound, and scientific insight, Heipolymnion explores the story of the Eryri Torgoch—a rare and threatened Arctic charr found only in a few lakes in North Wales. The installation invites visitors to reflect on the delicate balance between species and habitat, and the urgent need to protect our freshwater ecosystems.

The evening will include a brief introduction to the conservation work led by NWRT, a talk from the artist and an opportunity to find out about other exhibitions.
