During September the North Wales Rivers Trust are installing a number of biochar leaky dams in the Afon Cegin as part of a pilot study to assess their effectiveness at absorbing nutrient run-off. In this workshop we will be filling coffee bags donated by Poblado, filling them up with biochar and sewing them shut and decorating the sacks. This workshop will be taking place at Caffi Caban in Brynrefail. If you are able to come and lend a hand please email josh@northwalesriverstrust.org
