The team had a fantastic weekend at the Menai Food Festival, where they raised awareness for the Menai Straits Partnership Forum and promoted the #LoveTheMenai campaign. An initiative running for the whole month of August!

The campaign is dedicated to preserving the Menai Straits for future generations by connecting local people and businesses that rely on the straits for their livelihoods.

It was great to meet people and engage in conversations and stories about the changes in the Afon Menai over the years were shared, along with discussions on our efforts to protect its future.

The "Slow the Flow" challenge was particularly popular with young attendees, who were eager to learn about the water cycle and the crucial role trees play in slowing the flow of rivers.
